The Pradhan, Shikarpur Gram Panchayat, Nadia, has filed a report indicating that the certificate of past experience, completion of work and other documents signed by the erstwhile Nirman Sahayak of gram panchayat in favour of the petitioner, are genuine. The report is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner's bid shall be accepted along with all the other eligible candidates, provided the petitioner complied with all other necessary formalities and eligibility criteria, and the bidding process

shall continue in accordance with law and reached to its logical conclusion.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

Interim order, thus, stands vacated in view of the disposal of the writ petition.

There will be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
