After some argument, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that liberty be given to the petitioners to pray for supply of the order of vesting before the appellate authority.

Mr. Mahata, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the State.

WPA 3537 of 2026 stands disposed of leaving the petitioners free to make a prayer before the appellate authority to supply the order of vesting and other documents, if any.

If such prayer is made, the appellate authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.

There will be no order as to costs.
