The revisional application was last heard on 27.06.2019. The present revisional application was filed for quashing of the proceedings of P.R. Case No. 481 of 2018 which arose out of Jagaddal Police Station General Diary No. 2181 of 2018 under Section 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the provision under which the case has been filed and the conduct of the petitioner since 2019 and that none appeared in this case for the petitioner since the date of listing of this case, the matter stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case. She is also directed to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case.

Let her appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
