We have heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is absconding for last four years and that there are prima facie evidence to show possession and ownership of the land where the alleged cultivation of opium poppy plants were going on, we are not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
