Mr. Kamal Mishra ... for the Pradhan Mr. Sudipta Panda, Ms. Munmun Tiwari .... For the State.
The petitioner alleges that trade license for running the brick field has been issued in favour of the respondent No. 8 in violation of the statutory rules. The petitioner claims to have made a representation on 28th August, 2019 highlighting the grievances before the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayet.

Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for consideration of his representation cannot be allowed by this Court.
Be it recorded that the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Khejuri Gram Panchayet submits, upon
instruction, that the trade license has been issued in favour of the respondent No. 8 after compliance of all the statutory rules and regulations. The private respondent is presently running the brick field upon payment of necessary fees. WPA 2544 of 2020 stands dismissed.
