Petitioner is in custody for 284 days. He submits coaccuseds were granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in dacoity on a public thoroughfare. In view of the gravity of the offence and as bail prayer of co-accused was turned down by this Court in CRM (DB) 3066 of 2022, we are unwilling to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
