Ray ... ... for the applicant/WBSETCL Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay ... ... for the State Learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant/WBSETCL submits that a direction was passed by this Court by order dated 10.03.2025 that the representation dated 20.01.2025 made by the petitioner/opposite party be considered by the Chairman, WBSETCL within eight weeks from date, but due to some difficulties, the Chairman, WBSETCL would not consider the representation and the learned senior counsel prays for consideration of the representation not by the Chairman, WBSETCL but by the Director (Operation and Maintenance), WBSETCL at an earliest.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/opposite party agrees with the suggestion made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the WBSETCL.

On consent of parties, let the representation dated 20.01.2025 made by the petitioner/opposite party be

considered by the Director (Operation and Maintenance), WBSETCL within six weeks from date and let a reasoned order be passed after giving the petitioner/opposite party an opportunity of hearing and allowing him to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/opposite party leave is granted to the advocate-on-record to amend the cause title and add the Director (Operation and Maintenance), WBSETCL as a respondent at an earliest.

The application being CAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
