Copy of the said recommendation dated 12th August, 2024 is taken on record.

In view of recommendation dated 12th August, 2024 issued by the Chairman, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission,

Southern Region, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further order need be passed on the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
