This is an application for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Karandighi P.S. Case No. 396 of 2020 dated August 07, 2020 under Section 20(c) of the NDPS Act.

Having considered the materials on record and the case diary produced by the learned counsel for the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 1530 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
