Re : CPAN 1330 of 2022(contempt application) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there has been a gross violation of the order of this Court. However, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors contends that an appeal has been preferred against the order-in-contempt.

Although learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not yet aware about the preference of any appeal, since an appeal is submitted to have been preferred, for the sake of propriety, the alleged contemnors are granted some time to obtain an appropriate order from the appellate court.

Accordingly, the matter shall next be listed on February 13, 2023.

The applicant shall serve a copy of the contempt application on the learned Advocate having instruction to appear for the alleged contemnors in the meantime. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
