Adhikari ...for the State Mr. Sudip Pal Chowdhury ...for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that all dues of the bank including the last amount of Rs. 6,000/- as directed by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court on November 14, 2018 has been paid.

The petitioner has, all documents relating to all earlier payments as directed by this Court in orders from time-to-time paid.

A chart along with relevant documents shall be furnished to the counsel for the bank by the petitioner by day-after-tomorrow (03.09.2021). Let this matter stand adjourned and be listed on September 10, 2021 to enable Mr. Pal Chowdhury, counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 3, to obtain instructions. It shall be ascertained whether all payments are accounted for or any dues on account of the petitioner are subsisting.

List the matter accordingly.
