Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed that the order relating to ex parte hearing is set aside and the petitioner has been allowed to participate in the proceedings.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take up all the points at the time of evidence and/or further proceedings before the ld. trial court.

The ld. trial court would fix at least one date in a month so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 601 of 2024 is disposed of.
