Bhakat For the State The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 4th December, 2020. There are no incriminating materials available against the present petitioner.

The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer for bail and draws the attention of this Court to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as the medical report. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the incriminating materials appearing against the present petitioner, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM No. 1538 of 2021, is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
