Liberty is granted to correct the cause title. The allegation is that the petitioner, his wife and two sons attacked their neighbour and inflicted grievous bodily harm on him. Charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner's wife and the two sons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.

Learned Counsel for the prosecution produces the case diary. We have seen the medical report and other relevant documents. It is possible that the incident was an outcome of disputes between the neighbours.

Having considered the material on record and the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the petitioner need not be taken into custody so long as he cooperates with the investigation.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the concerned police station and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure until further orders. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. No.1537 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
