Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that upon demarcation of the plots of the petitioners, pillars were constructed by the respondents without disturbing the house and staircase of the petitioners. The petitioners submit that the respondents intend to construct more pillars in the plot of the petitioners which shall result in demolition of the staircase of the petitioners. The petitioners submitted representations before the concerned authority on 15th February, 2022 ventilating their grievance which are yet to be disposed of. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the authority to consider the representations at the earliest. Upon consideration of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of both the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 15th February, 2022 within one month from the

date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioners, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. With such directions, WPA 3244 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
