1 This intra court appeal is directed against the interim order passed in WPA 175 of 2023.

2. The order and direction issued by the learned writ court has worked itself out in as much as the case has been transferred to CBI and CBI has also commenced investigation.

3. In terms of the direction issued by the learned Single Bench no affidavit-in-opposition was filed by the State in the writ petition.

4. Recording the same, the court has disposed of the main writ petition as well by order dated 03.05.2023.

5. Thus, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this appeal and the matter stands disposed of accordingly.
