The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings of C. R. Case No.47 of 2011 under Sections 494/109/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mekhliganj, Coochbehar. The revisional application was preferred in the year 2013 and records reflect that the impugned order was till the end of November, 2016.

Having regard to the fact that the further progress of the case before the learned trial court has not been brought to the notice of this Court, I am of the view that no interference can be made so far as the contention advanced in the revisional application is concerned.

Accordingly, CRR 172 of 2013 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
