Learned advocate for the petitioners is unable to submit the supplementary affidavit, which was meant for the purposes of perusal of this court in respect of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the nature of the documents, which have been enclosed along with the revisional application, I am of the view that the revisional application so preferred is premature. Petitioners would be at liberty to take up all the issues at the stage of Section 239 Cr.PC before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate. Learned Magistrate would independently consider the issue so canvassed without taking into account the observations made by this court while disposing of the revisional application. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 596 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
