The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIR No. 2 of 2021 registered by the Krishnanagar Cyber Crime Police Station with regard to misappropriation of Rs.1,00,000/- from the petitioner's credit card.

This Court directs the Krishnanagar Cyber Crime Police Station to complete investigation into the subject FIR within a period of 2 months from date, if not already done.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
