This instant writ petition has been instituted seeking a directive for the learned Tribunal to expedite the disposal of the Original Application (in short, OA), being OA 351 of 2022.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that the next hearing date has been scheduled on 11th November, 2024.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present writ petition.

Needless to observe that the learned Tribunal shall make a sincere endeavour to dispose of the OA as early as possible.

The writ petition being WPLRT 16 of 2024 is disposed of.
