1. This intra Court appeal by the State is directed against the order dated 15th December, 2022 in W.P.A. No.4896 of 2016. The learned counsel for the appellant/State submits that in the light of the order passed by the Learned Single Bench dated 27th March, 2023 in a recalling application to recall the order impugned in this appeal, nothing would survive for adjudication.

2. As could be seen from the order dated 27th March, 2023 passed by the Learned Single Bench, the order impugned in this appeal has been stayed.

3. In the light of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this appeal and the appeal stands disposed of with the observation that it

will be open to the parties to canvass their case before the learned Single Bench in the application filed for recalling the impugned order.

4. In view of the above, the appeal as well as the connected applications are disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
