Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for eight months and charges have been framed.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the evidence of the victim is yet to be completed.

At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 488 of 2026 is dismissed.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of victim is over.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
