The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent authorities to direct splitting of load of the petitioner's electric connection. In view of the statutory remedy available with the OMBUDSMAN, I am of the view that the instant writ petition is not maintainable.

W.PA. 3982 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the petitioner to make appropriate application before the OMBUDSMAN.

If such application is made, OMBUDSMAN is directed to give a right of hearing to the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date. There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
