And In Re : Sumon Ghosh Petitioner Mr. Debarshi Brahma For the Petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Rudradipta Nandy For the State In the instant case the charge sheet was filed on 30th May, 2020. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for bail. The said application was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court after recording that the materials disclosed prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting the victim along with other co-accused persons. The application for bail of the said co-accused persons was also rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. There has been no change in circumstance for revisiting the said issue. Under such circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM 1545 of 2021, is dismissed accordingly.
