The matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 24th April, 2023 when Kolkata Municipal Corporation is represented by learned Advocate.

In terms of the order dated 24th April, 2023 notice has been served by the learned Advocate for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation upon the learned Advocate for the petitioner on 26th April, 2023 and the said notice is placed before this court which is taken on record.

In spite of such notice, no one is representing on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

Same situation prevailed on 24th April, 2023.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned Advocates for the parties on usual undertaking.
