1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Parties are represented.

3. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, it is found proper to dispose of this present writ petition by directing that the representation of the petitioner dated June 18, 2024 submitted before the Regional Transport Authority, Hooghly be considered by the said authority, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order and after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Let the said representation be disposed of by the said respondent, by dint of a reasoned order, if not the prayer of the petitioner is allowed by the same.

5. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents.

6. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being WPA 3654 of 2025 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

7. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
