For the Petitioners In paragraph 6 of the judgment it was recorded that petitioner No. 2 and 3 both have left the universe. On the basis of such submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, while as a matter of fact the petitioner no. 2 is dead, Petitioner No. 3 is alive.

Under such circumstances paragraph 6 requires correction to the effect 'petitioner no.2 left the universe'. The correction may be incorporated in the judgment and server copy may be corrected accordingly.

In paragraph 11 of the second line 'petitioner herein' should be read as 'petitioners herein'. The

correction may be incorporated in the judgment and server copy may be corrected accordingly.
