In view thereof, he prays for leave to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the impugned order by filing appropriate application.

As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 529 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application on the self-same cause of action.
