1. Let affidavit of service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner is the son of a deceased employee of the Khatra Adibasi Mahavidyalaya. The petitioner's father had been engaged in such institute since February 1990 till he died-inharness on April 4, 2017.

3. The petitioner had made a representation on December 22, 2017, which has been kept pending by the respondent no. 5 till date.

4. I direct the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the representation by April 10, 2026 and intimate the petitioner of such consideration.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent no. 5 will be at liberty to deal with the matter in accordance with the provisions of law.

7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
