Case No.111195 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This court is informed that despite several dates granted by the learned Magistrate, charges could not be framed. The next date for consideration of charges is today.

In view of the above, the learned trial court is directed to consider charges on the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible but not later than one year after charges are considered.

CRR 771 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
