Petitioner complained that in spite of directions passed by the civil court, the police authorities are not complying with the directions passed by the civil court.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have registered Kotwali PS Case No.

65/25 dated 18.02.2025.

Learned advocate for the respondents submits that by suppressing material facts, subsequent injunction has been obtained.

Petitioner has alternative and efficacious remedy available before the civil court, as such this

court is reluctant to interfere with the prayers advanced.

Accordingly WPA 3485 of 2025 is dismissed.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
