Mrs. Shaila Afrin, Ms. Refat Jahan, Mrs. Suruchi Saha ....for the petitioners The petitioners complain that in respect of an FIR being Santipur PS Case No. 820/21 dated October 11, 2021. There is inaction. The petitioners also submit that she is unable to return to her residence in view of the disturbance of the private respondents.

There are land dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents.

The Santipur Police Station has filed a report dated February 20, 2023, which is taken on record. It appears that 5 several FIRs have been registered at the instance of the petitioners as well as the private respondents against one another. Each of the said FIRs including Santipur PS Case No. 820/21 has been investigated and has resulted in charge sheet. The allegation of inaction on the part of the Santipur Police Station is, therefore, baseless. Since the petitioners complains that she is unable to return to her residence due to threat and

intimidation by the private respondents, the Santipur Police Station shall depute a constable to accompany the petitioner to back to her residence. The police shall also maintain regular vigil of the said premises and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
