By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 15th December, 2023 dismissing the appeal of the petitioner on the ground of inordinate delay of more than ten months without any sufficient cause for such delay and without providing any supporting documents relating the alleged medical ground either before the appellate authority or before this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as appears from record and submission of the parties I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the appellate authority and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 3413 of 2024 is dismissed.
