A.S.G., Mr. Phiroze Edulji, Mr. Sagar Saha ...for the Union of India Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the all the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 9th April, 2021 and the investigation has already been concluded. In view thereof, the condition to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the Superintendent, Narcotic Bureau once in a week until further orders', be waived. Mr. Edulji, learned advocate appearing for the Union of India opposes the petitioner's prayer. However, he does not dispute that the petitioner has complied with the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 9th April, 2021.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and as there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 9th April, 2021 to the effect that 'the petitioner

shall meet the Superintendent, Narcotic Bureau once in a week until further orders', is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to meet with the Superintendent, Narcotic Bureau once in a month until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
