1. This application is at the instance of the defendants in Title Suit No. 30 of 2007 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garhbeta, Paschim Medinipur, to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

2. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioners shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties and their learned advocates appearing on their behalf before the learned trial Judge.

3. Record reveals that 14th June, 2024 was fixed for service returns of the added defendants. From the order dated 3rd June, 2024, this court finds that the plaintiffs filed an application upon the demise of defendant no.3. Since service upon the added defendants is yet to be completed and it appears that some interlocutory applications are pending, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Garhbeta, Paschim Medinipur is requested to

dispose of the pending interlocutory applications expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After the suit is made ready for hearing, learned Civil Judge (Junior Divison), Garhbeta is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. CO 530 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
