Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking his appointment as a teacher. Since the writ petition was filed in the year 2016 and the same was pending till date, by that time, the petitioner has crossed the age of 60 years. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
