The petitioner is aggrieved by delay in investigation into FIR No. 10 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018 of the Barrackpore Cyber Crime Police Station. It is submitted by the Counsel for the State that charge-sheet has been filed being No. 23 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022.

The report of the Barrackpore Cyber Crime Police Station is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
