Mr. Syed Mosihar Rahman ... For the petitioners This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed challenging the order dated 20th December, 2022 passed in Title Suit No.196 of 2021 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Uluberia, Howrah.

From the server copy of the order, it appears that injunction application has been fixed for hearing on 20th April, 2023. Therefore, I find no reason to pass any direction upon the learned Judge apprehending that the petition shall not be heard on the date fixed, i.e., 20th April, 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I find hardly any merit in this revisional application. Thus being the position, the revisional application, being CO 479 of 2023 stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
