We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners assaulted a number of victims. One of them died. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
