In view of the statutory remedies available under the SARFESI Act and the settled proposition of law of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court will never interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in respect of directions passed by the Administrative Authorities for aiding the bank in taking possession of the assets under the SARFESI Act. If petitioner has grievance, petitioner will approach the tribunal for remedies. It is for the tribunal to decide whether the steps have been taken in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3713 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
