Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has drawn my attention to typographical mistakes in respect of "defendant 1(c) (ii) and 1(c) (iv)" made in the third line of paragraph 5 and also in eighth line of paragraph no.6.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the defendants No. should be read as "1(c) (ii) and

1(c) (iv)" instead of "1(c) 2 and 4".

Department is directed to make necessary correction.

4.

Other portion of the order dated 10.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 10.09.2024.
