On 04.11.2024 petitioners surrendered before the jurisdictional Magistrate and had been taken into custody. Thereafter they withdrew their application for surrender and filed anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid fact petitioners do not wish to press the application for anticipatory bail and seek leave to appear and pray for regular bail before the Jurisdictional Court.

Application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

Petitioners are at liberty to appear before the jurisdictional court within seven days from date and in the event they do so the said Court shall

consider their prayer for bail independently and in the light of the fact that the principal accused is on regular bail.
