It has been contended that the petitioner have been prevented from using wash room and water supply and other connections have been disconnected.

The police authorities, to that extent, were informed but they did not take any steps.

I find from the records of the case that a civil suit being T.S. 02 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Bidhannagar. There are criminal cases also which have been registered by the police authorities as and when the petitioner complained.

Having regard to the present nature of dispute as also considering the report submitted by the police authorities, I am of the view that the nature of the dispute complained of should be addressed by the Civil Court which is in seisin of the matter.

Accordingly, if the petitioner takes out an appropriate application regarding connection of electricity and water supply, the concerned civil court, if it is subjectively satisfied, pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3538 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
