Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Injury report does not show grievous injury.

Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is not necessary and petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz.,1. Manjur Ali 2. Arjad alias

Bhablu 3. Fitu alias Md. Fitu Ali 4. Serajul Hoque 5. Ansur Ali alias Anisur Rahaman 6.

Saidur Rahaman 7. Sofi Ali alias Safikul Alam 8. Rafikul Alam alias Bapi 9. Sadikul Alam alias Sadikul 10. Munirul Alam alias Babu be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
