Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Anti-Cheating Section, Detective Department, Lalbazar, Kolkata which reflects that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Date has been fixed by the learned Court for framing of charges on 14.12. 2021. Having regard to the progress of the case, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

The revisional application being CRR 381 of 2012 is, thus, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
