The memorandum of evidence reflects that on conclusion of investigation, the investigating agency has submitted a charge-sheet on or about 28th February, 2013. The revisional application was preferred at a stage when the investigation was under progress.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view at this belated stage there is no scope for interference. Accordingly, CRR 382 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
