Petitioner is in custody for 738 days. He renews his bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits date has been fixed for recording evidence. We have considered the materials on record. Dead bodies of the victims were recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstance and gravity of offence involving murder of two persons, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
