The revisional application was preferred challenging the continuance of Lake Police Station Case No. 70 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1810 of 2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC which at the relevant point of time was pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Paraganas.

Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the case diary is voluminous. There has been lack of persuasion on behalf of the petitioners before this court. Having considered the submission so advanced, I am of the view, that the issues which have been canvassed, relate to question of facts and are required to be adjudicated by the learned trial court. In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 329 of 2021 is dismissed.
