At the time of call, Mr. Subhrangsu Panda, learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner died. It is has also been submitted that the wife of the petitioner has also died.

In view of death of the petitioner, no order need be passed on the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
