Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police filed charge sheet. He points out that Section 9B of Indian Explosive Act was not added in the charge sheet. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that three persons suffered bomb injuries. Remnants of crude bombs were seized from the place of occurrence. Eyewitnesses implicate all the petitioners as participants in that incident.

Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners were involved in an incident of assault in which crude bombs were used leading to the injuries suffered by the injured persons.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 562 of 2024 is dismissed.
